This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
This recently converted self contained private detached modern annexe is located within 15 minutes walk of Durham City centre with its world class University and Cathedral and is great for both holiday and business travellers. The Annexe is in the grounds of our larger house occupied by us, situated at the end of a private road near to Durham City centre. The annexe is totally self contained and has its own allocated parking space next to it together with private decked area with Cathedral views

The space
The Annexe is a private modern single storey self contained building and offers a spacious living area (with sofa bed) and a modern well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is a separate double bedroom with king size bed. The Annexe benefits from a 'Jack & Jill' shower room which can be accessed from the bedroom, creating an en-suite or via the living area, which will allow guests sleeping on the 4 seater sofa bed access to the bathroom too. The Annex benefits from a HD Smart TV with built in DVD in the living room.

Guest access
The entire Annexe is yours during your stay. There is a small garden area to the front of the Annexe with a large decked area with views of Durham Cathedral. There is a parking space next to the Annexe for your use during your stay although we are only a short walk from the City centre.
