This stone house with spectacular views is over a hundred years old but has been converted into a modern and functional fully independent studio.

The house is located on a plot with three other fully independent casitas, very close to Playa de San Juan and unique landscapes such as the Giant's Cliffs or Teide National Park that can be seen from the terrace.
It is an ideal starting point for cycling, diving, paragliding or trekking, it is in the middle of the countryside, it is independent but at the same time it is in a very interesting situation, 7 minutes from Playa de San Juan and Alcalá, lively seaside villages, no mass tourism but with restaurants, supermarkets, beaches and boardwalks.
It is also 5 minutes from Guía de Isora, a stately medieval village that gives entrance to Teide National Park.
