The space
Casa Dos Puentes is an elegant and luxurious 20,000 square-foot villa (15,000 sq.ft. roofed and 5,000 sq.ft. terraces) featuring four bedrooms (all en-suite) overlooking the Pacific. The property also had a stand alone studio apartment with a kitchen. Built on a Peninsula facing the spectacular Santiago Bay and the Pacific, this villa is oriented west, to maximise sunny afternoons, cool breezes and stunning sunsets. The property located in the exclusive gated community of La Punta on Peninsula Santiago, Manzanillo, only 35 minutes from Manzanillo International Airport, only 2h30min flight from Houston/USA and 40min flight from Mexico City.
Magnificent views and ocean sunsets are visible from every room (each room has its own terrace or two) and decks of this elegant villa. All bedrooms have high ceilings, AC, en-suite bathrooms, walk-in closets and sitting areas. This villa is decorated in a sophisticated, modern style. Among the four en-suite bedrooms, there is a large master bedroom suite with separate sleeping and sitting areas, a terrace, dressing room and Jacuzzi. The separate studio apartment (1,000 sq.ft) with a living area and small kitchenette, which can be used as a separate family apartment and is great for families with children.
The spacious open living and dining room areas overlook the infinity pool and the Pacific, there is also an additional kids pool/jacuzzi connected by circulated water. For additional entertainment there is a spacious indoor (air-conditioned) family room with a large-screen TV, built-in Netflix, a game table, a piano.
Villa has a newly renovated heated swimming pool (39.5' x 16' x [3’ - 5’] depth) and adjacent jacuzzi that also serves a children’s pool.
Villa has a dedicated high speed internet connection.

The magnificent open-air living room is approximately 40 feet by 20 feet, not including the bar area and the dining room are open, facing the terrace, the Pacific, the westerly breeze and the setting sun. A 40-foot swimming pool and outdoor Jacuzzi grace the terrace adjoining the living room. The terrace has BBQ, breakfast table, pool beds. Two furnished rooftop terraces are perfect for private sunbathing.

This exclusive villa is located in the gated community of La Punta which offers a private beach, clubhouse and tennis courts.
Access to the facilities of Las Hadas Hotel is open to guests of La Punta. Las Hadas has its own 18-hole championships golf course, private marina, water sports, fishing boats, restaurants, piano bar, boutiques and shops.
