THE COTTAGE IS IN A QUIET RESIDENTIAL AREA & IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PARTIES. PLEASE RESTRICT OUTSIDE NOISE TO 9PM IN CONSIDERATION OF THE NEIGHBOURS.
