Small, cosy apartment with a small balcony and a lovely view of Mount Pilatus. This simple but welcoming flat is ideal for one person, and can accommodate a maximum of two people. In general, it is not intended for a long-term stay, but it is perfect for a few days to get to know Lucerne and the surrounding area. A light breakfast is included in the rental price (toast, jam, chocolate spread, butter, milk, tea, coffee, chocolate powder).

The space
The property was newly built in 2018. Simple but lovingly furnished. Simple and functional living/bedroom with a curtain, separated from the shower, toilet and washbasin. There is also a small kitchen in the room (studio). An additional WC, washbasin and shower are located in the annex to the guest house and are also available to guests if there are two or more of them. Two small balconies with a lovely view of the garden and Mount Pilatus. PLEASE NOTE: The flat is too small for an additional cot. Maximum of 2 people permitted.

Our properties are operated in an environmentally friendly way: we generate energy using 150 square metres of photovoltaic panels and 30 square metres of solar thermal systems. A well-designed pellet system provides additional energy, reliably supplying any energy that is lacking when needed.
The Pilatusblick apartment is a timber house built entirely using natural building materials, which gives it a particularly pleasant atmosphere.'

The apartment is very centrally located and has excellent transport links:
Just a 3-minute walk from the bus stop, a 10-minute walk to the nearest train station (or a 4-minute bus ride), and a further 4 minutes to the centre of Lucerne or the main train station.
Several supermarkets, including ALDI, LIDL, Migros and Coop, can be reached in around 10 minutes.
Lake Lucerne can be reached on foot in around 20 minutes, and the motorway junction is just 3 minutes away.
The location is ideal as a base for numerous excursion destinations, including Mount Pilatus, the Rigi, the Titlis, the Stanserhorn, Bürgenstock, the Klewenalp, Stoos and many other highlights of the region. Places such as Interlaken and other popular tourist destinations are also within easy reach.

We will be happy to reserve a private parking space for you on request. The cost is CHF 10.00 and covers the entire duration of your stay. The amount is payable in cash upon arrival.
Check-in: 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm
Please note that check-in must be completed by 9:00 p.m. at the latest. Late check-in is not possible.
Check-out: by 10:00 a.m.

Guest access
Access to the apartment is via the spiral staircase. If you cannot carry your luggage yourself, this apartment is not suitable for you.

The large garden can of course be used.
