In a wooded and very quiet environment, in Natura2000 area, on a plot of 11ares and fenced, this small cozy chalet consists of a living area of 50m2. It can accommodate 7 people and 2 babies (because two travel beds + a seat to eat).
He owns a garage. Fenced garden, with garden furniture and barbecue with lawn and wooden playground structure for children at the front, wilderness at the back.

The space
It has an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, two small bedrooms and a storage room (with fridge and freezer).
A roll of toilet paper is provided.

ATTENTION: Since the new Belgian regulations on July 1, 2022: No more linens will be made available to you, except duvets, pillows, bedspreads and mattress sheets. But also a hand towel in the kitchen, a dish towel, a hand towel in the bathroom.
We ask that you bring your own sheets and bath towels.

Other things to note
1. Pets allowed as long as they are not left alone in the chalet.

2. The strict necessities are left in the chalet in order to allow guests to start their stay. A roll of toilet paper, a few garbage bags, dishwashing product. If guest need extra charge, they should bring it or go buy it themselves.

3. Upon checkout of the guest, they will need to drop off used bed sheets in the laundry maneuver.

4. The dishes must be clean and stored in the space provided in the kitchen. if this is unfortunately not respected, we will hold you back a compensation of a lump sum of 20€.

5. Sorting garbage is required (PMC /traditional waste): remember to crush your garbage before putting it in the garbage and, before you leave, put your garbage in the container outside provided for this purpose. Take back your glass bottles and jars with you.
If one of the conditions is unfortunately not met, we will retain a lump sum compensation of €40.

6. The grill must be perfectly cleaned by you. Unfortunately, if this is not respected, we will hold you compensation in a lump sum of €30.
