In the heart of Joseph. Quaint, cozy, apartment type space. One private bedroom with Queen bed, living area, full kitchen w/granite counter tops, you can cook or not, step up to cute bathroom with a granite vanity and shower.
Walk around the corner to restaurants, galleries & shops.
Walking distance to two beautiful parks, lake is within walking distance as well.
Don't let the 'curb appeal' scare you off. You will be pleasantly surprised when you open your door.

The space
Remember this is a building that was built in the early 1900's. There is another overnight accommodation upstairs, there is very little insulation between the floors, just how they built them back then. (So there is a chance of noise.) With tongue and grove wood, all original. This use to be an artist studio so there are lots of lights. However we have provided plenty of lamps to use instead.
A cute, home, peaceful space. Local photography, nice artwork, comfortable couch & chairs. Very cute kitchen with all your needs.
