This studio was in a perfect location, easy to get everywhere. The studio itself is small but comfortable. Patrick was brilliant on communications and everything was easy. I'd love to stay here again!

Perfect location within 3 minute walk from the train station. Very lively area, above a jazz club which meant it could be loud at times during the night although being on the 2nd floor helped. The directions were clear and there was a book of useful recommendations. The room itself was as described and seen in photos. The only issue was that the bed was VERY loud and uncomfortable, you couldn't move without it squeaking. We were only here for 3 nights and I would definitely recommend for a short stay but don't think I could have slept in that bed much longer than that!

Really lovely stay! The flat is in a choice location, easy walking distance to the major stops, just as advertised. I am terrible with directions, but my friend and I were able to find our way around easily thanks to the great location. Patrick was a great host, giving really straightforward directions and "how-to's" about the flat and getting around the area. He also had tons of tips for food/shopping/nights out in a notebook in the flat. Right downstairs and outside is a cute little area that has several different restaurants, bar/pubs, little shops. Really convenient for grabbing a quick bite, but as someone else said, it can be a bit noisy at night. If that is something that you're sensitive to, do bring ear plugs. The toilet is in the hall, so you have to be careful to take the room key with you or not shut the door all the way if you need to go to the loo in the middle of the night. But otherwise, it isn't a big issue. The flat is worth more than the price it is listed for based on convenience alone. If you're looking for something posh and upscale, go elsewhere. But if you want something cute, inexpensive, well equipped with your basic needs, with a great location - you can't beat this place.

Patrick's place was centrally located in Paris which was very convenient and easy to get from place to place. The communication and information he provided was great and very clear. Like other previous guests the bed was a bit creaky and the neighborhood and building was a bit noisy. The toilet being just next to the apartment didn't take long getting used to at all and felt private enough. If these may be minor issues for you then Patricks place is a good stay in Paris for a less expensive price.

The location was unbeatable, in the heart of Paris with plenty of restaurants around the area. Even though Patrick wasn't there at the property, he provided all the information which made our trip a smooth journey. The bed was a little squeaky which woke me up a few times, regardless the property was excellent. Would definitely return.

Patrick was quite nice and sent me very detailed instruction. The location is quite central and convenient with 1 min walk to Chatelet tube station and around 5 mins walk to Centre Pompidou. There are a lot of restaurants and pubs surrounding the accommodation. Unfortunately, the accommodation itself was not perfect. It had a really poor soundproofing. I can hear every single movement or sentence next door. The bed was quite noisy and squeaked even with quite mild movement.
