SELF CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT:
• This flat is equipped with a smart lock that allows for safe & practical self check-in. Upon booking, you will receive a unique access code valid throughout your stay.
• Our check-in/out times are flexible and upon request & availability (generally check-in after 15:00 and check-out till 11:00)

OPTIONAL IN-PERSON CHECK-IN:
• For guests who prefer to be personally welcomed by our staff, we provide in-person check-ins for 30€ per appointment.
• Late/Early Check-in: an extra 20€ fee applies for in-person check-in between 21:00–9:00 (including flight changes, delays with flights or transports, and all situations for which we cannot be held responsible - we appreciate your understanding).
• DELAYS: When the guest arrives later than agreed for reasons of their responsibility, an extra fee applies after 30 minute tolerance, at the rate of 7,5€ per each 0h30.

KEYS:
• The building door key provided to our guests must be returned upon check-out.
• Lost/missing key: in case the key is lost/missing upon check-out, the door lock shall be replaced for safety reasons, and the guest will be charged with the costs: minimum 75€ for the lock replacement + 20€ per lost key.
• Lost/missing lock box (inside which we make the building key available): in case the lock box is missing upon check-out, the guest will be charged 40€ for its replacement.

INTERMEDIATE CLEANING:
• For stays of 8 days or longer, we offer an intermediate overall cleaning: this will be required not only to ensure our guests the best comfort possible, as to check that all equipment/appliances are functioning properly in the apartment. (Date & time to be arranged with guests)
