3 duplexes on the same street! 2/2 duplex with outside grill in Lewisville. 15 min. from DFW airport. Communication is key to a good stay. Reach out during-not after the fact! Not the Ritz but you probably found my place by searching for price! Best economical options in DFW. Have realistic expectations and you will be more than pleased! NO PARTIES!! If you are local and 0 reviews I won’t accept due to bad experiences

The space
The whole duplex is available to you! As it is a duplex we request you keep noise levels at a normal level—no parties—respect your neighbors as they will respect you! The other side belongs to me as well and the renters there are vigilant to make sure all is well.

Note to Karens--All my linens, bedspreads, towels, furniture were new (at one time). I cannot change them out everytime a guest spills something on them or I would be out of business. If you are going to tell me the house isn't clean because my towels have stains on them (from chlorine), my bedspreads are not in perfect condition (due to chlorine sprayed on beds during COVID, which may have some staining on the underside)--please do NOT choose my place. I can guarantee you everything is clean and changed out everytime between guests. My cleaning team works hard to provide the same level of service everytime they clean and most guests agree. I have over 1000 reviews between my properties (most very positive)--but the few Karens out there who give a 1 star for things like this I would rather pass on. It is frustrating for a host when you want to give great customer service and then to get comments back like this. My places are VERY CHEAP considering what they offer & the number of guests they sleep.

I know my place has scuff marks on the walls and the couches are looking worn, so if those things bother you please don’t book. I choose to offer this location at a cheap price and can’t afford to change out furniture when guests don’t treat it as their own (which they don’t!). I have other locations at a much higher price and purposefully have this one at a lower price do to these reasons. I could go in and make those updates but then I won’t charge this price. So if you make comments about these issues in your review I will call you out as it’s all in my description. Thanks for understanding my reasoning. I can guarantee you it is clean though!
