A comfortable, peaceful, modern home with private parking and views of the Ardgour mountains. A convenient 15 minute walk from Fort William town centre in a quiet and attractive residential area. It is a great spot from which to explore Ben Nevis and our surrounding mountains and glens. Ski at Nevis Range or visit the beautiful beaches of Arisaig. Take a day trip to Skye or Oban or hop on our famous Jacobite / Harry Potter steam train.

The space
Although close to Fort William town centre, my home is in a very quiet and attractive residential area and is in a very safe part of town. Inside, there is a natural flow to down stairs and, in my opinion, a homely feeling. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine and microwave. Up stairs, both bedrooms are modern and comfortable with lovely double beds and plush, cosy down duvets and fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom also has a travel cot available for little ones.
Outside there are 2 different seating areas for enjoying the morning and afternoon sun.

Where you’ll be

Fort William, Scotland, United Kingdom

The area where my home is was developed in 2002, it is a cul de sac which is great as we have no through traffic making the area very peaceful. The area has views of the Ardgour mountains which you can see from the front of the property. Around the back of the property is quite private with the garden backing onto moorland. Given that I and the neighbours all feed the birds it has become quite a haven for them so you're sure to see some, we've even had a pine marten come to visit!
The neighbours them selves are lovely too so do say hello if you see them.

I grew up in Wales and moved to Scotland in 2007. My main passion is the great out doors where I enjoy, climbing, mountaineering, walking and road cycling. Not only is it my passion it's also my career! I qualified as a mountain leader in 2008 and guide in the Scottish mountains during the winter and the Spanish Pyrenees during the summer.
I enjoy clean living spaces and will treat any Airbnb place with utmost respect and I would expect the same from users of my Airbnb space.
