We stayed in the Coconut suite for a month and absolutely loved it. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed! The suite is spacious, the balcony is lovely to sit out in the mornings and the evening and in the rain. The kitchen is well equipped, I was able to cook lots of meals easily. The garden is also a really lovely place to spend time in and relax. We were here working so we got to enjoy the space a lot and did not want to go out much. David and Oil were great hosts, very welcoming and helpful whenever we needed anything or had questions. The area was perfect; accessible and close to the old part of town, markets and malls but away from the bustling city and in nature. We highly recommend staying here, it's been one of our favourite airbnbs.

Really nice couple have taken over the guesthouse from the previous owners. I think I was one of their first guests and they were lovely to deal with. I hope them all the best in the future.

If you want to escape city life or modern styling house, then i prefer you to stay in Baan Kinri guesthouse. The location is not in old town and need to walk 30 mins to MAYA shopping mall but it's a good chance to let you feel like a local and enjoy natural life. Actually if you have your motor bike or good for biking, it is a good choice in chiangmai.

Great place right outside the heart of the city! If you crave some comforts of home in a tropical landscape setting then this place is for you! They have a nice bedroom, bathroom, kitchen with a sink, fridge & basic cook wear. They also have some washing machines that are coin operated. They have done a really nice job decorating & landscaping! They are really nice & very helpful if you have & questions or special requests! They also have a coffee shop & raw vegan juice & salad place just right down the road! Also they have bicycles they will let you ride for free or a motor bike you can rent. Overall I have enjoyed the place & I would stay again!

This was my second time in Chiang Mai and I wanted a quieter place to stay than the old city. Baan Kiri was great for this. The suite was spacious with a good sized bedroom, large washroom and well-equipped kitchen (great to have a fridge and freezer!), and cozy indoor and outdoor living areas to lounge and hang out. WiFi worked great. I rode a bike (free of charge) every day to get to the old town as well as to explore the local neighbourhood which is much less touristy than the old town. Nearby, there are shops, good places to eat, and a night market close to the university. They also have motorbikes available for rent. I wish I could've stayed longer and recommend Baan Kiri for those looking to base themselves in Chiang Mai at a more local neighbourhood and experience more of everyday Chiang Mai and Thailand.

Davin and Oil were friendly and really helpful. The place was perfect for us, Out of the city but still accessible which we loved. There is a really wonderful coffee place around the corner and a swimming pool that was close enough to bike to for the really hot days. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
