The space
Mauna Lani Terrace A204-This spacious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath unit has amazing ocean & lagoon views. The two story gem offers an Asian inspired theme, plenty of space for the entire family with granite counter tops and tile floors throughout. On the main level, enjoy outdoor dining, ocean breezes and warm, tropical sunsets from your lanai with wet bar. Just a few steps away is the comfortable living room, indoor dining area, a kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and a half bath. Also accessible on the main floor is a guest bedroom with two twin beds, television, DVD player, and private bathroom with walk-in shower. On the upper level, the loft area provides a second living room to enjoy with television, DVD player, iPod docking station and CD player. The main master bedroom offers a four post king bed with a television, DVD player and master bathroom with a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second master is also equipped with a king bed, television, DVD player and it's own private bathroom with walk-in shower. Each bedroom will have it's own private lanai with views of the ocean. This non smoking unit is located on the second floor (stairs, no elevators).

**Guests of A204 will receive exclusive membership benefits to the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resort Collections Wellness Center and Tennis Club. Guests will have complimentary access to the private lap pool, fitness center, locker rooms, pickleball and tennis facilities. This exclusive partnership with the Mauna Lani, Auberge Resorts Collection, is offered to only a select few vacation rental properties. Membership is valid through June 26, 2026, must be renewed annually by the property owner and may be discontinued without notice.

Amenities include central air conditioning, ceiling fans for natural ventilation, spacious covered lanai, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer with detergent provided, WIFI at no charge, iron and ironing board and hair dryer.

The Mauna Lani Terrace is a premier oceanfront property on the Kohala Coast of the Big Island. The Terrace is located adjacent to the Auberge Resort at Mauna Lani on the only beachfront condominium site in the Mauna Lani Resort. All guests who stay at the Mauna Lani Terrace will have access to use the communal pool (heated), children's pool, hot tub, a community kitchen and picnic areas with seating and gas BBQ's. The picnic areas & community kitchen may be reserved with the Resident Manager for outdoor cookouts. Parking for one vehicle is provided. The Mauna Lani Terrace is a non-smoking property.

As a guest staying in the Mauna Lani Resort, you will also have access to use the following facilities on the resort: the Mauna Lani Beach Club (including chairs) and Mauna Lani Golf Club (North & South Golf Course). Access fees to use these facilities are due at point of sale.

Our on-site resort office at the Mauna Lani Terrace is open daily from 9:00am - 5:00pm for guests who need assistance, have questions or would like recommendations for activities, beaches, restaurants, services, etc. We are also available after-hours to assist in case of a property-related emergency.

A car rental is HIGHLY recommended, public transportation & taxi service is limited.

Other things to note
The State of Hawaii requires that we collect 17.962% tax in 2025 and 18.712% in 2026 on the rent and additional fees (which should be INCLUDED in the price). Tax rates are based on the dates of your stay and guests are responsible to pay all applicable taxes levied by the local authorities should there be a change.
