The Granary is an immaculately presented and well appointed 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom cottage. This converted stone barn, with a private patio and bbq area, backs onto Ivyleaf golf course, with views to the coastline and sea beyond. Close to stunning Cornish beaches. The Granary offers 2 x double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, family bathroom and one ensuite and has a comfortable open plan living area. Outside is a private patio and bbq area. The Granary is ideal for summer and winter breaks.

The space
The Granary is a beautifully converted barn set in a courtyard, with views from the rear of the property across Ivyleaf golf course and to the coast beyond. A comfortable open plan living area, with dining area and kitchen opens onto the patio and courtyard. There are 3 good sized bedrooms with linen and a house towel for each guest. You also have use of a tennis court.

Guest access
Access to the property is through a courtyard. You can bring your vehicle into the courtyard to load and unload and there is off road parking just before the courtyard.
