FAMILIES ONLY. NO SENIOR WEEK OR HIGH SCHOOL GRADS. Perfect beach getaway in sea isle! A block and a half to the beach and boardwalk and 2 blocks to the center of town! 4 decks and the perfect garage for the kids or a rainy day with ping pong, tv, darts, foosball, etc. Outdoor shower and grill. 2 additional full baths inside.

The space
Classic sea isle beach house 1.5 blocks from beach and boardwalk and 2 blocks to center of town. Home has bonus room on ground level in garage with foosball, darts, ping pong, outdoor furniture, TV, wet bar and fridge. Access to outside with gas grill, outdoor shower and more seating. Stairs from garage can be used to access first living floor with 3 BRs, 2 decks and full bath. Top floor has huge, bright great room with large, internet flatscreen TV on wall, super comfy couch, dining room table, kitchen, 1 BR and 1 more full bath. Washer/dryer also on top level. 2 more decks for 4 total!!!

Guest have access to full house, parking for 4 cars. Attic is only area that will be locked.
