Thank you Brad for staying with us, however, I strongly disagree with some of the comments. For one, the house is not occupied, therefore, the temperature is kept low to save energy. Upon your arrival you could adjust to any temperature you desire and it will warm up within five minutes, I am sure that is what you did, yet you complained about it. Moreover, you said there were no pilots for the furnace downstairs, again I disagree, the stove was fulll of pilets, which would usually last 24 hours before you need to replenish it. In any case we did bring you pilots before you ran out. You mentioned you had mouse droppings all over the cabinet, when I sent my cleaning crew they said they did not find anything. You also mentioned a dead mouse on the floor, you did not mention dead mouse to me or when you complained to Air BNB. this complaint of dead mouse just appeared on your review. As far as the water was concerned you are correct the water was off, because the plumber had done some work that morning and had forgotten to turn the water on. When you called I immediately showed you where the switch was and by just flicking the switch you had water. I understand motives behind some negative reviews, however, I don't think this was a fear review on your part. I do take everything said by our guests in my reviews seriously and always work to have our guests happy and their stay memorable.
