3 Bedroom Family sized self-contained cottage sleeping 6 people with balcony directly overlooking the water. This Cottage has a private jetty just meters away for boat mooring, fishing, swimming & canoeing. Set among large established gum trees & gardens with a working vineyard as a backdrop, this property is both peaceful & scenic.

The space
We want our guests to enjoy the peace & quiet, wildlife & fresh air our property has to offer. Nowhere else will you find such private waterfront accommodation so close to town.

Situated just 1 minute from the township of Paringa & 4 minutes from Renmark this is a country setting, very peaceful & private yet very accessible to the shops & restaurants.

Sunset Cottage is one of 3 accommodation options on the property with also Mundic Homestead (sleeps large groups) as well as our 4 bedroom (sleeps 8) cottage "Reflections" just up the track. We do offer exclusive hire of the entire property (all 3 accommodations) and with prearrangement accept weddings / functions - Please contact direct for functions.

The Cottages are situated on a 30 acre Vineyard and approximately 800m from the main road. The cottages are very quiet & private with no immediate neighbours. It is a safe place for the kids to run around in the gardens however please watch young children near the water & bring life jackets for them to wear. If you don't own life jackets we can offer them for hire.
