A delightful bed, a delightful view, a delightful shower.
Whether you are traveling or here for business, you will wake up refreshed. My place is near everything and I say everything, from downtown to the beach, restaurants, entertainment, essentials
The bedroom is private and a little heaven. It has its own entrance and is detached from the main house. The bed is super comfy and the room gets very cozy from the sunshine or with a little space heater. The space is an old art studio where my sister created a lot of the art that is around the house, from drift woods picked up from the local beach or Poem painted on fabric from Baudelaire. The chickens, next door, might wake you up in the morning (sorry no eggs). This a place you will remember, well I hope you do.
Parking is on the street. One bike is available to tour Santa Cruz. Please bring your own lock. There is no kitchen included.
Interaction with guests
I will greet you if you arrive before my bedtime, but I will leave you alone otherwise. Tell me what your needs are and I probably will have the answer.
Other things to note
Please make sure you read the entire description, so there is no surprise regarding your expectations. :)
Also all holidays are a 3 nights requirements, even though it doesn't show up on my calendar.
If you arrive past my bed time you can do a self check in. We are not completely over the drought so I will ask you to please take quick showers out of respect for the environment. Ask for what you need ( for example if you will need a iron, etc...) There is no kitchen included.

I come from a french background and grew up in a family owning hotel, bed and breakfast and restaurant in France. I have since managed a few of those in CA and also traveling around the world. Hospitality is what I value the most while travelling! I love Santa Cruz where I landed during my travels 29 years ago. I have been the host of many travelers from all over the world since then, because I believe in sharing experiences, differences and I want to open up my place to the world. I have a green home, where I am mindful of electrical usage and water usage (be aware of the drought)! I am a foodie, I grow my vegetables. I am always looking for more ideas and new tips to do things yourself. When you come to visit I will give you a tour of my place. I like to share my knowledge and find out about yours.
