Beach block condominium in the heart of Sea Isle City! A stones throw from hot spots and within one block from several pizza places, ice cream, a nail salon and WAWA for your morning coffee. THREE large bedrooms, fireplace for off season warmth. Great year round!

Our unit is in close proximity to year round owners and families. This condo is NOT to be rented for parties. NO GROUPS allowed per condo association policy. If you rent under false pretenses you will be told to leave with no refund.

The space
Three bedroom, 1.5 bathroom second-floor condominium unit with small front porch. Two twin beds, one bunk bed with full size bottom and single up top, pull out single trundle and one queen in the main bedroom. Outdoor showers and grills are located in the shared area outside. Kitchen equipped with coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, utensils, cups, bakeware and a microwave.

Our condo is ideal for a maximum of 6 adults or a group of 7-8 consisting of a mix of children and adults.

Indoor fireplace for chilly nights.

Washer and dryer also available for use.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire unit. Please be mindful of the other unit’s guests. We have several year-round resident neighbors whose privacy and space we want to respect. Do not park in any other spot than the one assigned to unit 1C.

Other things to note
We are NOT currently providing sheets/towels for short term rentals. Please bring your own towels and linens. All beds will have pillows, comforters and a throw blanket.

Special accommodations for those who are arriving by plane or who do not have the ability to bring their own may be possible upon special request.

Neighbourhood highlights

Sea Isle City is a fun-filled, lively beach town with tons to offer year round. Come eat the best seafood in town at Mike’s in Fish Alley, listen to secret service at the OD, or dig your toes into the sand at the new The Point beach bar. The beach is less than a block away for walks or sunbathing! There are many great restaurants within walking distance—the Pour House, Basilicos, Bracas, Mike’s Seafood and McGowens to name a few. OR..hop aboard the Jitney shuttle buses for only a few dollars and head to the other end of the island where you can enjoy a BYO dinner at La Fontana Coast, BYO brunch at Makos or check out Fratelli’s Wood Fired Pizza! A boutique, surf shop and ice cream shop are only steps away from the condo as well.

Should you need to head off the island for any reason, this condo is located 3 blocks from JFK and the causeway that leads out of sea isle. This location can not be beat!
