Sunset Terrace Suite is an updated guest suite with its own secluded patio and a contemporary feel. It is located in a central part of Amarillo with easy access to I-40, RT. 66, and I-27.

The space
Guests are able to use the suite, which is separate from our house, as well as the private fenced patio outside the suite. The suite is an efficiency apt which has one queen size bed and a couch that could be slept on. Guests can park their vehicle in front of the suite. We ask that your vehicle is parked in front of one of the two brown garage doors.

Guest access
Guests have complete access to the detached suite and the small fenced yard.
Guests can access the suite with a code at any time during the day or night.

We share a driveway with our neighbor. Please park on our property and leave room for our neighbor to use their driveway. There are two brown garage doors and guests are able to park in front of one of them. There is an antique pickup trailer with a camper parked in front of one of the garage doors.

The suite is pet friendly. Be aware that if you are allergic to animals, I have provided Benadryl in the medicine cabinet in case of an allergic reaction.
Animals are welcome to spend time in the private patio area, but please do not leave them out overnight. Please clean up after your pet. Bags are available on site.
