Our cottage is ideally located for the most enjoyable and affordable holidays as well as for a short carefree break from everyday life for two families as well as for groups throughout the year.

* of MYKINON (archaeological site, tomb of Atreus)
*of ARGOS (Castle of Argos, pine-covered Kefalari with church and river with running water specific times of year and ducks)
* Tolos (with the wonderful beach with water sports and the small island where you arrive by water bike)
* Epidaurus (with the ancient theatre next to Ligourio settlement and very close to Costa, from which you arrive by sea taxi in Spetses, Ermioni and Porto Heli)
*of NAFPLIO (with the archaeological museum, Syntagma Square, Agios Spyridonas, where the Holy Apostle was murdered, the Bouleuterion, Palamidi, Bourtzi, Acronafplia, the coastal walk to Arvanitia, etc.).
Also worth seeing:
* the coastal front from Nafplio to Argos (beaches of Nea Kios, Dalamanara, Mili, etc.)
* the women's monastery of Agios Theodosios, a few kilometers outside Panaritis
* the beaches of Karathona, Arvanitia, Tolo, Drepanos, Plaka and the steep but magical Agios Nikolaos
Located 50 meters from our modern cottage are:

* two taverns (one is the famous restaurant of Birbo for roasts and the other for the famous "giosa")
Near the settlement is:
* the village of Agia Triada with bank, bookstore, supermarket, pharmacy, tavern, cafeteria
Our cottage is just 8.5 km away from Nafplio and Argos. It ensures calm, carefree holidays away from the noise of the city and noise pollution in a "green"environment. Even your winter evenings will be unforgettable by the fireplace with board games, cards and backgammon.
Guest access
Everywhere. Attention: The first floor apartment has stairs and is not suitable for families with young children. Children be careful for the stairs of the 1st floor flat!
Owners give space to our guests and we're available when they need us. We give space to our guests to accomodate themselves on their own and we are available when needed.

The house is placed in an ideal place, only 8.5 klm away from Nafplio and Argos. Ii is ideal for pleasant and economic vacations through out the year and for four seasons for two families and groups of people. You can spend relaxed time near the nature, away of the sound and pollution of the city.

* the village of TOLO (with the wonderful beach with sea sports)
* the village of EPIDAURUS (with the ancient theatre)

* the city of NAFPLIO, THE SECOND CAPITAL OF GREECE (with the archaological museum, the castle of Palamidi, the island of Bourtzi, the Akronafplia view etc)

* the pictoresque villages of Nea Kios, Dalamanara and Myloi near the sea, towards Argos
* the Women Monastery of Saint Theodosios, outside Panariti
* the beaches of Karathona, Arvanitia, Tolo, Drepano, Agios Nikolaos

* two tavernas (one is the known taverna of BIRBOS with roast meat and great reviews on the social media network and the tavern offers the famous meat "giosa")
