Andy is a really nice person and I feel like I'm staying with family. Think this is my third or fourth time there. Appreciate his wonderful hospitality! A real gem of a place in Cincy. Hope to return next year. Many thanks-----

I had a great stay at Andy's house. Due to weather, we arrived late on a Friday night and he was still able to give us a warm greeting. The accommodations are exactly as advertised... nice sized room, super comfy bed, and the location was perfect location for us. Finally, there was an impressive breakfast feast waiting for us in the morning. We visited to see the Cincinnati Masters tournament, so we didn't get to hang around the house much. But for the time we were there, it was very clean, cozy, and a great place to stay. Would highly recommend!

Andy was an amazing host. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Andy's place. Pre arrival communication was spot on and accurate. Neighbourhood is pretty, and quiet. He has a nice front porch with lush flower bed and nice back yard. He had a bottle of water and snack bars in the room. The room is very comfortable and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. He was a delight to talk to and he also gave me great tips about the city. I would highly recommend Andy's place to anyone who is visiting Cincinnati. PS: His cat "baby" is very friendly :)

Andy's accommodations were clean (no trace of cat hair), well appointed and furnished, comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and for a light sleeper like me that's important. He even provided some breakfast snacks which is a nice an appreciated amenity. Excellent value for the money. Highly recommend.

Andy was an amazing host and the home was very inviting. Although Andy was away when I arrived, he made accommodations in advance to make my stay as easy and enjoyable as possible. He went above and beyond what's required of a host by leaving amenities for me (food, drink, toiletries, etc). I slept great on the bed and hanging out in the living room was very relaxing/ conducive to productive work. The neighborhood is very nice and feels safe. Distance from the airport is not bad. I definitely recommend staying here; I know I will the next time I'm in Cincinnati!

Last weekend we had the pleasure of staying at Andy's beautiful home. My sister and I came to Cincy for a sister bonding weekend. I feel like we picked the perfect home and host. Andy was warm and inviting. He was very prepared for us. Checking in was very easy. The home and room were even better than expected. The room was cozy and stocked with healthy snacks. He sat bottled water on both night stands on cute little coasters that read Andy's Bar. He left us a bin full of toiletries. There were extra blankets incase we needed them. He allowed us to store items in his fridge. When we came back from dinner Friday night, there were wine glasses, and a cork scew waiting for us to use. He saw the bottle we brought when we first arrived and figured we may want to drink when we got in for the night. It seemed as if he anticipated our needs, so we didn't have to ask for anything. We told him we planned to eat brunch Sunday. Saturday morning nexted to coffee, tea, blueberry muffins and English muffins was a list of the best places for brunch in Cincinnati. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. Most of the houses are Tudor style. It is a great place to sit outside on the front or back porch to talk, relax or have a glass of wine. I would recommend this home and host if you are visiting Cincinnati.
