My home is a modern two storey house. The room is upstairs with a shared bathroom.
We are 500 metres from the beautiful white sand surf beach and some popular cafes, dairies and supermarket. It is a 10-15 minute walk to the Mount township where there is boutique shopping, bars, restaurants and more cafes, Mount Salt Water Hot Pools, markets, and the must visit Mauao. Very handy to bus stops.

You are welcome to use the kitchen, lounge area, outdoor dining and BBQ, bathrooms and the washing machine. The dryer isn't vented so for the health of my home please do not use. There is a clothesline outside, options in the garage or you can use one of the portable clothes racks to dry your washing home. Please be careful moving these around the house so that floors and walls dont get scratched. There are laundromats close by and easy to google.
You are welcome to park down the driveway if you are comfortable reversing out again.

My home is walking and biking distance to the beach, cafes, the infamous Mauao and downtown Mount Maunganui.
Bayfair, the newly improved shopping mall, is biking distance or a 7 minute car trip. Tauranga city centre is a short trip over the bridge.

I live here because of the close proximity to the beach: swimming, sunrises, sunsets and water sports. I do enjoy the a good coffee at great cafes and there is huge range of restaurants between the Mount and Bayfair plus Tauranga.
There are some beautiful walks, like up the Mount or Papamoa Hills for spectacular views and to waterfalls etc. Other beaches are handy and Rotorua is an hour drive away with lots of mountain bikes options.
The Adrenalin Forest is half between here and Rotorua.

So lots to do with your family and friends.
