This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s and added onto numerous times, it was renovated for the final time in 2017. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

The space
The nearest town is Snead. It is home to a few fast food restaurants, a bar and grill, a BBQ restaurant, a coffee shop, and a Mexican restaurant. There is a Piggly Wiggly, a Dollar General, and a Family Dollar. It is 25 minutes to Lake Guntersville and one hour to Birmingham or Huntsville. Other nearby cities include Albertville, Boaz, and Oneonta. We are about 30 minutes from I-65 and 30 min from I-59.
