We are happy to welcome you to our basement guest suite. The studio accommodation is a self contained basement unit with it's own side entrance (self isolated from main home) Located in a beautiful, family friendly neighborhood that is close to walking and bike trails, parks, uptown Waterloo and many hip and tech centric businesses. Not to mention only a couple of kilometers from two major universities, WLU and UofW.

The space
The apartment is clean and modern. It contains an open concept kitchenette, living room and sleeping area, all furnished and stocked with the basic essentials. There is a separate private bathroom area, as well as a private entrance all within the unit. Self contained and exclusive laundry and additional storage make it a perfect all encompassing experience. Licensed and legal with the City of Waterloo.

There is a small and private outdoor space available for use as well and is particularly relaxing during the summer months.

- Commitment to enhanced cleaning protocols which includes a deep cleaning, in addition to using EPA approved disinfectants for all touch surfaces.
