Anna Pia is a perfect host, very helpful and always friendly. The location was exactly what we were looking for. The Punta Licosa apartment is amazing and we´ve spent an absolutely wonderful time there. The swimming pool is a nice walk away and restaurant next door is amazing! We can´t wait to return there...

Really quiat and charming rural old stone apartment, AMAZING views. Photos don't do it justice. The best part about this place is the bio restaurant next door! Staff were so welcoming and the food and atmosphere was incredible! Perfect as a chill base to come home to after exploring the crazier parts of the Amalfi Coast. Only stress was that GPS doesn't really work around these parts and you can get led down roads that disappear- be warned! Detailed instructions were provided but was still kinda tricky.

A lovely location and a good option if you're ok with something basic but homely. Swimming pool is much smaller than it looks but views are amazing.

The apartment was amazing and we spent an absolutely wonderful week there. Everything we could have needed was provided for us, the swimming pool and restaurant on site were brilliant, and all the other amenities we needed were just a short walk away in the villages of St Agata and Torca. I very much hope we can return to the Antico Casale Ruoppo before too long, and I would recommend a stay there to anyone.

Anna is sweet and guided us to the apartment on our arrival, even though we were late. The apartment is lovely, and easily accommodates 3 adults + toddler. My son loved the pool and animals on the terrace, and the location and restaurant is to die for. I ended up staying twice as long as expected and toured a different spot each day by car (Amalfi, Positano, Minori, Vico Equence, and Pompeii). That is the only drawback to this place, it is a bit remote. You need a car or plan on a hike to the village (S Agata) from there you are set as the buses and taxis are readily available. However, I found the distance perfect as the place is stunningly beautiful in a relaxing atmosphere with a quick drive to the bustling fun of the Amalfi coast cities. I will go back....

Anna Pia's little apartment in Sant'Agata is perfect for a peaceful getaway, away from urban life. Her father came to pick us up and take us to the apartment and tell us a little more about the area. The apartment: The apartment is well furnished and equipped and has an unbelievable and unobstructed view of the sea - as you see in the photos. It's quite something to wake up to that. There is a TV and wifi in the apartment. You can easily spend a pleasant afternoon or evening in the apartment. Location: The nearest town is Santa'Agata, where there are a few decent restaurants and a couple of ATMs and other services - this is about 2-3 minutes drive. From here, you can also drive to the Amalfi Coast within about an hour, Sorrento in about 15-20 minutes and also to Pompeii/Herculaneum in an hour or so - so the location is great for peace and quiet, but also to hit the road and see some sights!

We had a wonderful week at Anna's Anna's apartment. The accommodation itself is basic but functional, it's reasonably equipped and is spacious. The shower doesn't drain very well and the water pipes are quite noisy however, what you are really getting here is the location. There are stunning views from the bedroom, pool and gardens across the Gulf of Salerno and although you are only a few kilometres from the tourist honey pots of the Amalfi Coast, it is wonderfully quiet and secluded here. There is a lovely little beach within walking distance and you can also easily walk to Sant'Agata with its restaurants and shops. The agriturismo restaurant Fattoria Terranova is a couple of minutes walk and is really special - we ate there three times in the end. The pool belongs to them but we never saw anybody else there during our stay. Anna was very helpful and communicative and gave us lots of useful local information. Would definitely recommend to anybody who wants a quiet and secluded base to explore the region.
