Beds will only have mattress pads washed and bleached after each rental. You will need to bring blankets & pillows with linens & towels. We do require a signed rental agreement. Please request this before reserving. Your safety is our main concern and every effort is being made to make your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible.
This apartment is very spacious with a living room, kitchen, dining room, Florida room. 3 BR and bath & half.

The space
Dewey Beach has a 3% accommodations tax that is required in addition to the rent due in cash at check-in.

We offer no refunds if within 60 days of the reservation. We recommend "cancel for any reason" trip insurance if cancellation is a possibility.

PLEASE NOTE: We are dog friendly for completely housebroken, non-marking dogs who are up to date on all shots, on monthly flea treatment, are non-aggressive with no history of biting people or other animals. Dogs must also be clean and odor-free. We do ask that wet dogs not be allowed inside until dry as wet dog smell is unacceptable. We require a pet fee of $35.00 per day per dog and they must obtain a Dewey dog license. Pet fees and the town required 3% tax are due in cash at check-in.
If you are bringing a dog you must let us know at the time of booking or the dog fee doubles if we are not informed. No cats due to allergies.
We have a cleaning fee of $200.00 which AirBnB includes in the quote. Not included is the town tax or dog fee.
Enjoy your home away from home with all you need to have a relaxing vacation. Our huge backyard area is complete with tables, lots of seating, two very nice outdoor showers, and a fire pit for sitting around (we furnish the wood). The yard is a common area for all three apartments but it is large enough to accommodate everyone.

We are located within walking distance of all Dewey has to offer but are far enough away from the entertainment so it is quiet. We as well as the other rentals surrounding us are family oriented and not party houses.
