Hi, I'm Wagner, son of Leonilda, owner of this beautiful LOFT. I will provide all online support and when necessary, face-to-face service will be provided by her.
The LOFT is 24 square meters and you will have a box bed, sofa bed, air-conditioning, ready-made kitchen, bed and bath linens.
Close to bakeries, convenience stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, boardwalk, nightlife and church.

The space
**IMPORTANT NOTE: Remember to book with the correct number of guests. The advertised price is for ONE guest. For each extra guest, an additional R$ 49.00 per night will be charged. Unauthorized persons are not allowed access.
* Only small (up to 10 kg) and gentle pets are allowed. It is important to take the necessary precautions so that they do not damage the furniture (biting or scratching), as well as with their hygiene, taking the pets to stretch their legs and do their necessities in the surroundings. Because it is a family building, it is also important that the animal does not make a lot of noise, in order to respect the neighbors.
* The total number of PETS must be entered correctly. A fee of R$ 30.00 per Pet is charged for the period.
* You will have a cozy, well-appointed 24-square-meter space, air-conditioning, 32-inch smart TV, microwave, coffee maker, iron, 4-burner stove with range hood and more.
* The space is EXCLUSIVELY for you, you will not share it with anyone else, except with those who are part of your reservation accompanying you.
* The place accommodates 4 people, 2 in a box bed (super new mattress) and 2 in a bunk bed.
* The bunk bed and its mattresses are brand new and very comfortable.
* Fifty Megabyte Wi-Fi exclusive in the Loft.
* Smoking is not allowed inside the LOFT. If it is detected that this prohibition has not been respected, a R$ 300.00 cleaning fee will be charged.
** For greater harmony in communication, remember to read the HOUSE RULES and be assured about the procedures necessary for the proper use of the space.
Guest access
Guests staying 3 days or more can use the gym, swimming pool, sauna, laundry (up to 7 kg of laundry per week *washing powder and softener are the responsibility of the guests*), party room (for an extra fee), meeting/study room, garage.
Laundry days are Mondays and Thursdays.
If you are staying with someone else, make sure you have entered the correct number of guests and let us know if you are a couple so we can prepare everything for you. ;-)

**NOTE: the pool is under maintenance until the end of March/25!**
* Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m.
*No smoking on the premises.

The amount related to the cleaning fee established in the listing is for the conventional cleaning (cleaning, change of bed and bath linens) of the property at the exit of each stay, regardless of the period you will be staying. If you need cleaning during your stay, it must be contracted separately and the amount paid directly to the cleaning company or professional.
* Dishes and utensils used must be washed and dried by guests. Read the HOUSE RULES.
*Bed, table and bath linens are included. 1 set of towels (face and bath) will be available per person for a period of 5 days. If you need to wash, you can do it in the laundry (where the volume will be included in the 7g).
*It's a custom-sized LOFT. It accommodates a maximum of 4 guests.
*Parking is included in rotating spaces.
*If you damage something in the LOFT, you may be charged up to R$ 800.00 for the repair. The charge will be proportional to the damage, limited to this amount. This is the security deposit. You don't leave a security deposit or anything like that. It's just a security contract clause that authorizes Airbnb to charge for any damage caused by guests (e.g. dishes, household items, etc.)
*Exclusive 50-megabyte Wi-Fi signal inside the loft.
