Newly renovated house in a quiet location with impressive views of the nearby Atlantic Ocean and parts of Lajes. The house is almost alone and yet it is very central to the entire infrastructure of Lajes das Flores.
In the house you will find fast and unlimited Wi-Fi to surf the Internet or watch many different TV programs.
Snack bar/cafe (6 min.), bus stop/post office/bank (4 min.), supermarket (8 min.).
It is all very close in the few minutes' walk.

The space
In a beautiful, quiet location, you can enjoy an enchanting panoramic view of the nearby sea and parts of Lajes.

With an area of 48 sqm, the private renovated holiday home is ideal for occupancy up to 2 people. The holiday home is located on only one level without internal stairs/step and offers direct access to the terrace.
An electric accompanying heater is available for cooler days.

The large bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed (180x200) with two single mattresses, open shelves, hangers and two dessert cabinets with lamps.

VERY IMPORTANT IN THE SUMMER MONTHS: The bedroom is equipped with a high quality ceiling fan. (3 stage adjustable and light on/off function can be switched off from the bed via remote control)

Vivenda Joaquim is located near the center of Lajes das Flores (about 630 inhabitants, in the south of the island), with perfect connection to the local infrastructure.
About 300 meters from the house is the beautiful viewpoint Miradouro das Pedras Brancas. It is nestled in a very well-kept small park with beautiful plants.
Here you have an overwhelming view of the lakeside harbor of Flores, marina and the small sandy beach of Calheta (9 min. walk/2 min. by car)
There you can swim, snorkel, dive or just enjoy the fascination and vastness of the Atlantic Ocean. All this is at your feet !
Your holiday home is close to two volcanic lakes (about 5 km), many evergreen pastures, hiking trails and is an excellent starting point for exploring the main attractions on the island.
The highly recommended Cafe/Snack Bar Restaurant O Arruda is a 10-minute walk (0.9 km).

Ich war jahrelang beruflich zu viel Stress und Hektik ausgesetzt und genieße jetzt die Ruhe und Stille der Insel Flores.
Ich möchte jeden Tag meines Lebens dazu nutzen wieder ein Stück besser zu werden.
Mir ist bewusst, dass ich auf einer der schönsten Inseln der Welt lebe. Ich möchte das sich meine Gäste hier wohlfühlen und in meinem Ferienhaus den richtigen Platz finden um inmitten einer atemberaubenden Landschaft zu entspannen.
