The road is nice and quiet, but you can walk into town in a few minutes.
There's a fish and chip shop less than a minute walk from the house.
Turn left before the bakery as you walk into town and you'll find a lovely footpath that takes you through the mere, a great view of Framlingham Castle and all the way around and back through town - our tip is to do the walk early in the morning for the best views and photo opportunities.
A favourite coffee shop is The Dancing Goat, which is right across from the market - you can sit outside on a sunny day and they do a great coffee, however you take yours.

I'm Stephanie and I work in a school in London, England. My partner, David, is a coffee roaster and Project Manager here in our home county of Cambridgeshire.
We can often be found scouring cities for a quirky coffee shop, taking photos of street scenes and walking to places to save the cab fare...
We don't go so much for luxury as much as a clean, friendly place to stay and a chance to really experience the place we're visiting.
We are are tidy and respectful guests and extend the same care to your home as we would our own and understand the importance of that.
