Wow! We had an amazing stay at your house on Bosa river. The house is exactly as presented in the photos - it is a tall, narrow building located right on the river and a short walk from central Bosa. The house has tons of character, and with great amenities. One of the things we enjoyed best about the house was the roof terrace, which gets spectacular sunsets across Ponte Vecchio. One night there were fireworks in the Marina, which we had a great view of! Bosa itself is very lively and we saw several summer festivals and celebrations throughout out stay. There are a wide range of restaurants and cafes to choose from in walking distance and several sites of historical interest to check out (e.g. the castle, which has a great view of the surrounding area). All the buildings in Bosa are painted different bright colours and the streets are winding and atmospheric. There are very nice beaches 5 minutes by car (Bosa Marina) - we also went to Porto Alabe a few times and 1 time to Is Arutas (~ 1 hour away - an ancient quartz beach that was amazing). There are lots of smaller beaches to explore that take longer to get to. There are a lot of historic sites to see - including many prehistoric nuraghes. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would highly recommend Gioia as a host.

We had a fantastic stay in the house, situated very close to Bosa town centre, everything you could need is within walking distance. As mentioned by other people, there are a lot of stairs and the church bells of the nearby church do go off in the morning, but this wasn't a problem for us. The top floor is something special - with the balcony making for a really peaceful and scenic place to kill time. The service we had throughout our stay was also excellent. Gioia was not in Bosa when we stayed so we were met by a Ms Silvana who did a good job of showing us round the house. We did have a water leak in the kitchen, but this was dealt with on the same day as we brought it up, with Gioia being extremely quick to respond (getting a local handyman on the case) and update us on progress. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Sardinia. Thanks a lot to Gioia and her team

This is a charming house in a terrific location, overlooking the river in one of the prettiest parts of Bosa. Gioia was a perfect host: she responded quickly to all queries from the moment she accepted the booking and made sure our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. She also made a lot of very useful recommendations on what to do, see and eat. The house was a pleasure to live in for our brief stay. It has a very well-stocked kitchen and everything a large family or group needs. The three main double bedrooms each have an en suite bathroom and there is plenty of room for other guests. I hope we have a chance to return one day.

Gioia was extremely helpful and communicative right from the beginning. She recommended restaurants in the area, looked up the local festivals, checked on our family's requirements. We felt very welcome in the house and there was everything we could need, as well as some thoughtful extras, such as wine and water in the fridge on our arrival. The house itself is beautiful, full of character and has a terrace on the top floor with amazing views. It is very well equipped, clean and spacious. The house is also very well situated, probably in the best spot in Bosa. You really feel part of the town here. The only thing that some people might not like (we actually didn't mind) are the church bells which chime very loudly from 8am and on the hour right next door! Our 3 year old was singing along! We enjoyed our stay very much and definitely would recommend this house and host.
