Charming 70 m² single-level villa, facing LAKE CHAMBON, on the waterfront, with private, fenced and wooded land of 650 m². At the front of the house, covered patio, large paved terrace overlooking the lake and its surroundings. Large bay window to admire the exceptional view. You can have it all to yourself, alone or in a small group of up to 6 people. You benefit from privileged access in the heart of the Sancy mountains, summer and winter.

The 70 m² villa is composed of 3 bright and spacious bedrooms, all equipped, comfortable bedding, storage, (beds made on arrival, towels provided) baby necessities on request. Also composed of a shower room, a separate toilet and a kitchen open to the dining room and living room, all very bright and with direct views of the Lake. Heating is mixed: Electric and automatic wood pellet stove.

Villa Marianna welcomes you to one of the most beautiful sites in Auvergne, with breathtaking views and direct access to the lake and its surroundings within walking distance, located between the two sandy beaches for swimming, water activities, children's playgrounds and City Stade. At the center of the start for the various small and large hiking trails, but also access less than 30 meters from the Tobacco/Press/Bread point, 50 meters from the first restaurant and less than 5 minutes' walk from various shops and restaurants. Less than 20 km from troglodyte sites, Murol Castle, Saint Nectaire cellars, Superbesse, Mont Dore and the most beautiful panoramas of the region. Less than 1/2 hour from Clermont-Ferrand. Note that you can park cars in large paid parking in front of the house, ONE PARKING SPACE IS OFFERED for the duration of the stay.
