Beautiful cozy, clean, and illuminated apartment. It has a laundry room and a shop connected to the kitchen(room for storing food)+2 balconies. Very well equipped you will find a washing machine, stovetop, microwave, etc. It is located in a magnificent residential area protected 24/7 by police officers at the entrance of the site, in addition our property has a speaker/video speaker that allows you to have a visual of the people ringing in your home. Non-stop electricity!
The space
Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 toilets, 1 shower room and 1 bathroom connected to the 3rd bedroom. It is located on the second floor of a building, there is an elevator. No electricity outage on site! Ongoing electricity in the apartment.

Guest access
In the price of the rental is included: access to the swimming pool of the site, to the gym and to the different courts: tennis, football and basketball also located on the site. There is also a children's play area that features a slide swings as well as other games to keep your children occupied. Finally, a large supermaket is located right in front of the city, which is very convenient.
Other things to note
- electricity
We recommend turning off the air conditioning and all the lights when you are outside the apartment. When you activate the air conditioner make sure that all doors and windows are closed, so you will keep the coolness in the rooms longer. It is not recommended to let the air conditioner work 24 hours a day, remember to cool the rooms by keeping the windows closed after using the air conditioner. It is also suggested to unplug the water heater when you go out.
- INTERNET
We recharge the portable internet box before your arrival and according to your consumption, as soon as the data is finished, you can recharge the internet box again of $10, $20 or $30 according to your choice ( with simple phone refills) or with a subscription of $60 to $100.
The "cleaning fee" we have applied includes a $60 (60 Giga) internet subscription; you are responsible for recharging the subscription ( if it is completed before the end of the stay).

- RACE SERVICE
If you arrive late enough at the apartment and want to find something to eat/ drink (bread, water bottle, etc.)
We offer to do small errands for you before your arrival, you make us a list and we will give you the invoice when you arrive in the apartment. You will be able to pay on the day of your arrival.
Answers FREQUENT QUESTIONS:
- If you are unable to enter your dates for an apartment, or if you enter dates in Airbnb our apartment does not appear; this means that it is not available for your dates (already booked)
- The swimming pool and gym are accessible between 11am and 6pm.
- Air conditioning in living room, kitchen and rooms
- Functional washing machine (no dryer)
- Mosquito nets may not be installed in this apartment.
- Linen provided: towels /sheets etc + spare sheet.
- We do not have hotel services such as daily cleaning or weekly linen change
- Check-in after 9 p.m. possible; we should be notified for organization
- There are usually mosquitoes in Kinshasa (provide spray).
- For payment terms: Airbnb manages this so for installment payment see the possibilities that Airbnb gives you (we unfortunately have not seen on it)
- Following various abuses, we will not hesitate to refuse reservations from disrespectful, condescending or threatening guests.
- Kin Oasis is located 15 minutes from the city center (when traffic is fairly fluid) in case of traffic jam it can take much longer.
- We can't send photos, videos, or phone/email numbers to Airbnb until a reservation is booked between the guests and us.
