The apartment is on the second floor in a clean stairwell. Public transport is convenient to the centre and the industrial park is easily accessible. Free parking in front of the house.

Please find here the rules of the house:
• This is a non-smoking flat, smoking is not allowed inside the flat. The smoking is permitted only in the balcony by closed windows.
• Extra guests and visitors are not allowed. If you definitely want to receive guests, you need approval from us!!! This is valid for gathering and parties!!
• Upon arrival, you will be charged a local tax on the city of Debrecen, which is HUF 400 or EUR 1.3 per person / night for guests over the age of 18.
• Pets/animals: not allowed at all!!
• Quiet hours: Consider the neighbours’ comfort after 22:00 p.m.
• Eating area: Please use the kithen for eating and cooking. All the cutlery and dishes are at your disposal. Except for salt/peper, pls. use your food products.
• Cleaning procedure: Please keep flat clean. During your stay, you will be responsible for the cleaning. The cleaning devices like sweep, sponge mop, cleaning mop, vacuum cleaner are at your disposal together with all the detergents (cleaning/washing) in the house.
• The bed linen/towels: are at your disposal during your stay. In case of a longer journey, you will be given extra quantity.
• For the safety of the flat and for your safety, pls. use all the locks including safety lock, when inside or outside. In case of key loss, contact us immediately. Take care of the flat keys. Please keep in mind that a whole lock change will be necessary and all the costs will be invoiced to you. (The safety lock itself costs at least 40.000HUF)
• After leaving the flat, pls. let the windows closed and switch all the eletric devices off.
• Entry-door bell: Please do not let anybody in the house!!!
• WIFI CODE:
• Public telephone: Use is not permitted. If you happen to use it, the charges will be invoiced after your stay through Airbnb.
• The use of household machines (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, etc.) is free of charge. The amount of water and electricity consumed must be paid upon departure. Current fees: electric power 45 Ft / kWh, hot water 1200 Ft / m3, cold water 510 Ft / m3. The meters are read together with the guests.
