Mattress was a little too soft for my liking and the bathroom for the master bedroom could do with a partition to separate the shower area to prevent water from overflowing to the bathroom floor. But overall a very pleasant stay and extremely comfortable. Location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Booked for an apartment in photos with air conditions but at the time I arrived the room it was not the room I paid for. We called the owner and got the answers that my booked room was swap with another customers without any notices in advance which is ridiculous! We asked for a partial refund while we were stay but so far no refund, nothing at all.

Nikki didn't actually stay at the apartment as she used her account to book on behalf of other guests, this we later found out on the day of check in. The guests that stayed were kind and understanding and we would welcome them back anytime. All 5 apartments we have in the building come with Vent Axia cooling system which we are demonstrated in the pictures.

Corina was there to meet and bring us to our apartment. Despite a delayed check-in, Corina waited for us to show us around the apartment and provided details where the nearest Tesco supermart and eateries are located. Advantages: - plenty of cupboard space to hang clothes - laundry baskets provided, washing machine and dryer in working condition - convenient location (10-15min walk to King Cross station) - responsive hosts (both Corina and Olu was contactable by phone) Improvements: - wifi not available for the first 2 days. for the first day the router was not working. However, Olu responded promptly and brought us another router the following day. More ideal to place the router in the kitchen where the signal is stronger. - heater does not seem to be working when dryer is in use, and we were not informed beforehand. Points to note: - there was ongoing construction during our stay, but the noise level was bearable and we were mostly out during the day so it did not bother us much. - the Tesco supermart closes early on Sundays

House was great, looks just like in the photos, spacious, well-furnished and all supplies we could have possibly needed during our stay were there. Prime location, short and nice walk from King's Cross Station which is basically connected to the rest of London. There is a reception in the building as well, and Olu left very clear instructions with them so there was pretty much 24/7 support if needed. Olu was also a superb host, communication was thorough before, during and after our stay. The only negative thing was that the house was next to a construction site so noise was a small problem, but that I expect will only be a short-term issue. Overall we enjoyed our stayed very much.
