My apartment gives a warm feeling from the first moment, which offers an eclectic, modern style.
The apartment includes three bedrooms, a big living room, a beautiful workspace all with elegant touches include a fully modernized kitchen and two bathrooms.
Located in a peaceful quiet alley (step away from Masada street) around you can find a lot of arty cafés and restaurants – the best spot in Haifa.

The space
My apartment is 106 sqm (1141 square foot),
It has 3 bedrooms, each bedroom has a queen-size bed (200x160). one of the bedrooms has a private bathroom (E-suite). all the rooms have electric blinds and air conditioners.
In addition to the private bathroom, there is the main bathroom (with a washing machine) - 2 bathrooms in total.
Between the rooms, there is a beautiful workspace.
In the living room, there is a big sofa, 2 highly designed armchairs, and a big-screen TV with Netflix, Spotify, etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped, it has a refrigerator, oven, big electric stove, espresso machine, kettle, pans, pots, etc.
Also, there is a big table for dishes.

We invest a lot in cleaning with the high standard cleaning products and cleaning process, making sure to also ventilate the apartment after every guest's check-out.
Also, all towels and bed-linens are washed by a professional laundry place to reach the highest level of cleaning.

One more note, our building is not a fancy building - it's just an average Israeli old building but the apartment is fully renovated and luxurious, including all related infrastructure.

The parking is in Masada st. there are 2 sides on the street one is free parking (grey sidewalk) and another side (blue and white sidewalk) is free only during the night from 19:00 to 9:00. during the day the parking cost about 5 shekels per hour.
