The space
Our spacious and bright self check-in flat is part of a stylish and modern development in Leith, close to the City Centre and the fashionable Shore district. The flat is located on a third floor (accesible by an elevator / lift) and it benefits from a bright living room and kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one ensuite) and cardio fitness facilities.

This tastefully decorated flat comprises a spacious reception hall with a storage cupboard, a light and spacious dual viewing aspect with city centre views, a spacious living room with flat screen smart TV, CD / DVD player as well as bluetooth speaker. WIFI speed range is between 480 - 500 mbps.

The two double bedrooms both have clothes racks and black out curtains. The master bedroom has an ensuite shower room with a new shower tray and shower screen. The spacious family bathroom benefits from a three piece suite with a bath.

A fully equipped large kitchen has a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, espresso coffee machine as well as a washing machine. Iron, iron board and hair-dryer are also provided.

Enjoy your own private balcony for breakfast, zoom video calls (with our fast WIFI) or while treating yourself to a glass of wine after a long day out.

The kitchen and living room overlook the historic Rosebank cemetery which is frequented by joggers and dog walkers regularly.

Please note that smoking is not permitted indoors/balconies and an additional cleaning fee of £300 will be charged if guests smoke inside the property including smoking out of windows and on the balconies. Any reports or evidence of smoking will also be reported to Airbnb and guests might risk the suspension of their account.
