Peninsula 3-B has a fabulous open layout and is decorated with modern furnishings. Feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in the door. Cook your own meals and mix your own drinks in your gourmet kitchen, or head to one of the neighbouring beach clubs/in to town and order from the restaurants.

Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom make for incredible views of the Pacific Ocean and our famous Mazatlan sunsets. The large soaker tub in the master bathroom is calming and inviting, as are each of the plush beds in the master and guest bedrooms. In the master bedroom is a king size bed, a queen bed is in the second bedroom, and two individual beds in the 3rd room.

Guest access
Peninsula is the most luxurious complex in all of Mazatlan in terms of common spaces. The building has a sauna, steam room, business center, private movie theater, poker and billiard area, massage rooms, and outdoor pools. Come and enjoy life in Mazatlan!

Other things to note
The building administration recently implemented a new rule, requiring all guests to provide a credit card upon arrival, whereby they will put a hold on the card for $5,000 pesos. This hold is managed by the building administration, and is meant to cover any damages caused to the common areas.

*Note: There is currently construction underway in the lot adjacent to the original Peninsula building. Work happens during the day, Monday to Friday, and half days on Saturday.

Neighbourhood highlights

Peninsula is located at the Northern end of Mazatlán, along a stretch of beach known as Cerritos Beach. This is the newest part of Mazatlán, and is seeing a lot of development. There is a great walking/biking path out on the main road. There is a convenience store just across the street, and coffee shops and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk (or 3 minute drive). This part of the city is generally considered one of the quieter places to be, and the beaches are big and spacious.
