Comfortably furnished, new apartment on the 2-nd floor in the complex with 2 pools. Five minutes on foot to Torviscas and Fanabe beaches, 10 minutes to the Plaja del Duque .Restaurants, shops,farmacy and a bus stop at the same street.
There is a fully equipped kitchen (fridge,microwave, oven,electric kettle), dining table & chairs,iron and ironing board, TV and free Wi-Fi . Bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer. All bed linen and towels are provided. Balcony with furniture and sea views.
