My apartment on the ground floor plus terrace and garden is in a small two-story Bourgois building. 100 m from Boulevard Carnot (lower part) which offers shops, food, bakeries, bars, restaurants, car rental etc. Two department stores: Monoprix and a large Carrefour Marquet, 7 minutes' walk. This one is on Rue Meynadier, which is pedestrianized and has quality shops. The large Forville market is in the extension of rue Meynadier. The SNCF and Bus station is 7 minutes away. A 10-minute walk to the port of Cannes with its yachts.
The Suquet overlooking the port of Cannes is beautiful. Rue d'Antibes with its shops and restaurants in the adjacent streets are a must. The beaches with the Promenade de la Croisette and the Grand Hotel Carlton, and the Palais des Festivals de Cannes, make the City of Cannes famous. My apartment is very close to all the highlights of Cannes, making it very well located. You can easily get everywhere on foot.
