A comfortable 3-bedroom beautiful 90's detached house with a great & spacious outdoor garden & free street parking. It is located immediately outside the archaeological site of Epidaurus which is <5 mins drive. It was improved recently offering spacious living accommodation situated at the end of a dead end in a favored residential area of Lygourio. Our aim is to provide you with a cozy accommodation option at great value for money with amazing customer service.

THE SPACE
This big 3 bedroom house (>90 square meters) offers everything you will need to enjoy your holidays in the beautiful Argolis. It is located immediately outside the archeological site of the Ancient theater of Epidavros which is under 5 mins drive, but also within 60 minutes’ drive to all great areas of interest in Argolida prefecture (Nafplio, Mykines, Spetses, Hydra, Poros, Porto Cheli)

It is fully equipped to cater for the needs of a group of up to 5 people who will enjoy the seclusion in the lush green space it offers. The garden is more than 300 square meters and there is no building immediately next to the garden to block your views of the mountains or to disturb your privacy. The garden is well established and has a beautiful covered terrace which is perfect to sit on a summers evening to enjoy some wine or read a book.

The property offers an amazing natural feeling as it follows the Scandinavian timber framing technique with the whole ceiling being covered by wooden beams. It was improved recently offering spacious living accommodation situated at the end of a dead-end street in a favored and quiet residential area of Ligourio.

The house is in a residential area, with grocery shops, super markets as well as pharmacies etc all located nearby. The walk into town is nice and you are welcome to explore the surrounding spaces. The famed Leonidas tavern is located a few minutes’ walk away from the house.

Lygourio is a small town but it offers amazing opportunities for visiting the amazing nearby attractions such as the Epidavros Theater and the first capital of modern Greece – Nafplio which many consider the most beautiful city in Greece! Most of these attractions are less than 30 minutes’ drive from the house.
