This cozy private studio/room renovated in 2024 is located in the heart of historic Athens. It consists of a private room having its own private bathroom, toilet and kitchenette. The "Monastiraki" metro stop is 2 minutes walking distance, as well as major bus lines. In the immediate vicinity there is a plethora of well-known bars, restaurants, taverns, theaters and music halls, and it is only a few minutes away from all the major sightseeings Athens has to offer.

Renovated in 2024, this funky studio is on the 2nd floor of a typical industrial-style down town building, situated right in the heartbeat of Athens.

The room has its own private bathroom, private toilet and kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a kettle, microwave, mini fridge, glasses, plates and cutlery.
The room has big windows which make it even brighter due to natural light!

There is a common lobby space- in the center. Here you can seat to eat or work on your computer. As this space is shared with the other rooms please take care not to disturb the other guests.

Other things to note
There is a possibility for noise in the morning due to works by nearby manufacturing small businesses.
The studio is located in a 5 storey old building and is on the 2nd floor. The apartments have been utterly reconstructed in 2024 to meet the high standards of our collection.
