Maximum 7 people (4 adults, 3 children). We do not rent to groups of 6+ adults as the space does not accommodate that large of group comfortably.

By booking your reservation and providing your deposit you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms of our booking and rental agreement including the rental rules attached. The individual(s) making the reservation and submitting the deposit are responsible for all guests, damages and other terms set out in this agreement.
1.Property. The property is located at:

Unit and entry information will be provided upon full payment.
The property is furnished and includes
a)1 queen Bedroom
b)1 double Bedroom
c)1 sofa bed in the living room
d)All kitchen appliances including
* The BBQ/Patio may not be used after 10:00 PM. Key to access the BBQ and patio is located inside the door. Please ensure you lock everything back up before you leave.
e)The cupboards and fridge are left with all of the basic pantry items you would expect in your own home. (tea/coffee, cream, sugar, spices, oils/vinegars, condiments) You are welcome to use any of the products; however, if you find something is running low please replace it with equal (or better) quality. (especially coffee and real Canadian maple syrup). If there any concerns surrounding this issue please let us know.
f)Towels and linens are provided per guest. Please do not use additional towels or linens.
2.Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons unless previously authorized in writing by the owner(s). The unit sleeps a maximum of six people. It is forbidden to have more than six people stay in the unit. The neighbors and condo board are aware of this. If it is deemed that more than six people are staying in the unit you will be asked to vacate immediately without any partial refund.
3.Term of the Lease. The lease begins at 4:00 p.m. on agreed date of check-in ends at 11:00 a.m. on the date of check-out unless previously arranged with the owner(s). Your contact information may be provided to the cleaning company to ensure that you have vacated the unit.
4.Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
5.Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
6.Rental Rate and Fees
a.Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total rental is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to check-in date. A $300 damage deposit is required 48 hours prior to arrival and will be refunded within 7 days of departure.
b.If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.
a.You may cancel your booking 30 days prior to check-in and your non-refundable deposit may be used towards another booking within six months.
8.Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance. By booking this reservation I hereby acknowledge that I have read my rights concerning travel insurance.
1.Smoking is NOT allowed. This is a strict non-smoking unit. Not with the windows open, not with the doors open. There are NO exceptions for smoking in the unit. An additional fee of $300.00 will be charged if there is any evidence of smoking in the unit. Any damage that is caused by cigarettes will result in full REPLACEMENT cost of the item including wall-to-wall carpets, furniture, etc.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. See policy concerning maximum occupancy in rental agreement.
3.All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
4.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
5.Only use appliances for their intended uses.
6 .PARKING PASSES – There is one parking pass located inside the unit by the door. Renters must display the parking pass on their dash at all times. Failure to display will result in towing of vehicle(s) at renter's expense. Leave the parking passes inside the unit upon departure. Loss of or failure to leave the parking pass will result in a $25 administration fee and requires the guest to return the pass within 24 hours.
7. Storms:No refunds will be given for storms. Mountain roads can be curvy and steep. Gravel drives are well maintained; however, we highly recommend four/all wheel drive during the snow months. We do not refund due to road conditions.
Although we live in Ottawa, we have been in the Tremblant area for 13 years. We are avid skiers (both downhill and cross country) and have both completed IronMan races. We love Mont Tremblant and understand how it ticks. We're looking forward to building a client base of friendly people who just enjoy the serenity of getting away for a while. We hope you enjoy your stay.
Our property is right In the pedestrian village but far enough away from the bars to not have any noise. It's step from the IronMan finish line and transition areas and steps from the local pool/gym/hot tub (not included in price).
Most rental properties that advertise full kitchens require you to bring all of the ingredients that you will cook with. For years we have rented to people with our kitchen stocked with all of the regular amenities (coffee/tea, spices, condiments, oils, vinegars, maple syrup, peanut butter/jam are supplied) We work on the honour system that if you run out of something you replace it with equal or better quality. This works for the benefit of everyone who plan on cooking while you're there. It saves space in your vehicle and prevents duplicates and triplicates in the cupboards.
