Country Getaway Blues?

Fight no longer!

Come pitch a tent or park a caravan on the Loddon River banks, in a paddock with sheeps or between the trees! Dine under the stars, enjoy wine in front of a log fire and soak in the serenity.

The space

Our secluded farm is an hour north-west of Bendigo. The campsite is situated in a low lagoon of the Loddon river with easy access to the water and near no one else for km's.
We have dug out a fire pit with local rocks with a bush bbq to use(can be used every day except total fire bans).

There is plenty of firewood surrounding the campsite and a hammock to take in the amazing red sunset.

Guest access

Once guests arrive at the farm, they will be greeted and directed to their private campsite.

Please note: Don't touch any farm animals or go near the farm sheds.

Interaction with guests

We will briefly drop in, say hi and see if you need anything,
Otherwise the space is for you to enjoy with your group.

We are also happy to give a brief background of history of the farm dating back from the early settlers as well as the indigenous history. Farm tours can be arranged on request.

Please private message prior to arriving for details.

The site was great, Ken was awesome (our kids want to come back and help out on the farm with the lambs & horses). The only issue we discovered at the very end was that we should have booked for longer as we didn't want to leave.

A beautiful property with a creek right in front of the camping site. Very quiet and private & dogs friendly. I think my dog enjoyed the adventure the most. It's the best camping spot if you want to get away from a busy city life. Ken came to say hi on the third day to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend.

We had a great time, thank you Will! The kids loved having free reign to run around & explore wherever they wanted. Beautiful big campfires each night, toasting marshmallows & big starry skies. Loved the toilet throne! We'll be back.
