Guests have access to entire main floor including 3 bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen, large back patio and yard, Hot tub, living and dining rooms.

Other things to note
No More Than 4 Guests allowed including Guests of Guest unless agreed upon prior to check-in and/or booking.

This IS NOT a party house. I am all for my guests enjoying themselves and having a great time at my home. Excessive noise and out of control behavior will not be tolerated.

Non Smoking Interior of House. Smoking on Patio Allowed.

Due to Denver City Ordinance, there is no outdoor noise after 10pm. As most homes in Denver are in close proximity, these guidelines are strictly enforced. I have not had many issues with the following of these rules, but as there are the rare few that have not followed these simple Denver laws, I have had to include this in my listing. I love hosting and want all my guests to have a great vacation and I go up and beyond to be sure the experience is memorable!!
