One vehicle in garage and another one on street blocking the driveway/on driveway blocking the sidewalk is possible.

You have access to a 1 car garage (18 feet 2 inches deep). Should be good for a minivan. Garage has extra height. Hence if you have a commerical vehicle which is taller and longer keeping garage door open is a possibility.

Second car(suv/smaller car) can be parked on the street blocking the driveway. In case neighbor parks longer car in his driveway, you can park blocking the sidewalk. But avoid blocking the sidewalk as you may get a ticket.

If you have more cars and if you can not find street parking, you can park for $6 and come back in bus for $1.50 couple of miles away.

You also can utilize the washer/dryer next to the garage for free.
The entire top floor will be your space during your stay.
