I am sorry that your stay was not up to what you expected.
the review is a really harsh one and i am not really sure how to answer this. nonetheless, thank you for it.
i have taken note about the signboard. i am in the process of getting another one redone.
i have taken note about the lighting, we do have plenty of lights on the property but i will ensure we have brighter ones at the entrance.
the (Hidden by Airbnb) pin i have verified. It is exactly marked on the property when i used the satellite images. most of my guests used this for direction. this is why i suggested it.
Welcoming my guests is such a joy. I always make sure i am there on the property for when a client arrived. when you arrive at the main house, the family members guided you to the closest parking to the apartments for your convenience while i simultaneously walked up there to greet you.
I apologise that you could not reach me on my phone, I did not register any phonecall for that matter. I always make sure i am reachable during expected time of arrival of my guest.
i am sorry the sofa bed were not convenient for your children. In your message you mentioned that you will be coming with one 3 year old. I also verified again, your booking was for 3 guests as well. Had I known you were coming with a second child i would have advised you accordingly.
you also advised in your message below that the child will probably be sleeping in your bed. I graciously offered to set the sofa bed up upon your arrival. Again with better communications i would have probably ensured the sofa bed was ready for your arrival.
To finish, i would like to again deeply apologise for this experience you've had. this is very very different to what most of our guests experience. I am new to Air BNB but we have been hosting guests on other platforms for almost a decade now.
