When we received the call from a gentleman staying with you, I don't remember his name, however he is the only one that I communicated with. He was very gracious and understood sometimes things happen when we don't expect them to.
The day of check he called in and said that you have arrived and reported the fridge being warm, we called and sent someone over with a very large ice chest and ice to keep your food from spoiling. When he reported the wifi not working we gave him the wifi access that was right next door to use, which is a very strong signal due to it being on the other side of the wall dividing the 2 uits. When you called about the TV we sent someone over to fix and found an issue that we had to get the Cable company out to fix. These were all things that just happened and we did work on them right away. I'm sorry you felt that we didn't take care of you. I even offered you to use the fridge right out your door into the next condo as it was vacant, but you said it was not needed and you were happy with the ice chest and I was told it was like Christmas. We did get you a Visa card for $100.00 which there should be $100.00 on it. I challenge you to call the number on the back of the card and ask what the balance is on that card, it should be what you say you were not able to use. We are not in control of Visa but I do know it is $100.00. It may have been something like they don't allow a tip on it or something. Again I'm really sorry that this didn't go well for you. I felt we took care of your family and the issues that arose during your stay.
