Welcome to our modern, spacious & comfortable home, where total privacy awaits! Just a stone's throw from the marina & short walk to the beach. We offer you the ground floor of our home all to yourself - with your own entrance, bedroom, modern bathroom, separate lounge & study space (note there is NO KITCHEN). There is also a small outdoor yard at the front of the house.

The space
Your own secluded floor all to yourself in our modern home (ground floor with no stairs). However we do live upstairs but there are no shared living areas with us so you won’t see us. We offer you:

• Your own separate entrance
• Bright and sunny bedroom with queen size bed and a leafy outlook
• Modern bathroom with shower and deep bathtub
• Lounge room with large TV + Chromecast
• Small study space with desk
• Outdoor yard with table and chairs

The property is only suitable for 2 adults and not suitable for infants or young children. Being a 2 storey house, and we live upstairs, you will sometimes hear the usual noises expected from apartment living (ie footsteps above you, and we also have dogs who you may occasionally hear running around, although you won’t see them). Please note our dogs do not shed hair and our pets are never allowed downstairs, so the suite is suitable for those with allergies as it is completely free of any pet dander or hair.

Please note - although there is no kitchen, there is a microwave and small fridge, kettle and coffee machine. We also provide tea and coffee, milk, muesli and cookies. There is also crockery and cutlery should you want to order takeaway.

There are many restaurants just a short drive away to either dine-in or grab a takeaway, plus several home delivery options. Or just a 5 minute walk from your front door is Martha's Table, a fantastic restaurant/bar with deli and food store, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily, in a beautiful setting overlooking the water. A little further afield (15 minute walk) is Provincia Food Store right opposite the beach - check out their amazing deli and fresh local produce, or stop there for a gelato, cake or coffee. Next door to Provincia is "Pizza By The Bay" Italian takeaway.

Red Hill and many of the Peninsula's renowned wineries are nearby, together with the townships of Mornington, Dromana, Mount Martha which are all within a 10-15 minute drive. The Hot Springs are a must visit, just 20 minutes away by car.

PARKING
We live on a quiet street with free street parking. Most of the time you are able to park out the front of the house, however during peak holiday periods and summer weekends, parking can get busy so during these times you might need to park around the corner, but still close by.

Safety Beach foreshore is a 10 minute stroll from your front door along the marina boardwalk. The trendy towns of Dromana and Mornington or Mount Martha are just a short 10 minute drive away. Red Hill and its many beautiful wineries is a 15-20 minute drive. Or go a little further afield to explore all the wonderful places, beaches and wineries the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.
