Nice, large house in the heart of Toronto. Riverdale/Danforth neighborhood, less than 5 min walk from subway stop, and main street. Walk to cafes, pubs, restos, groceries, parks. Near downtown too. Fully furnished, kid friendly, nice place to be.

The space

Our home is a nice old Toronto house. It's a century old, with creaky wooden floors, and lots of stairs. The kitchen is ready for cooking, the neighborhood is ready for you to explore.

Guest access

We try to be very hospitable with our things--full kitchen, linens, some toiletries, wi-fi, local phone, a bike or two, games, etc. We ask that guests respect our belongings.

Interaction with guests

None--we are not staying here at the same time.

Other things to note

We're not fancy people. We spend our time and our incomes on our kids. The garden is not well groomed, the carpets are not new, the house has personal items everywhere. You're staying in a family home, not a hotel. But we are proud of our house and we hope that you enjoy it too.

First off, Greektown is a fatnastic neighborhood to hang around, walk around and spend time in. Dylan's place is at walking distance to everything -- the best & most fqmous organic shop in Toronto ("Big Carrot"), gelatos, greek food, pizzas, french bakery, you name it. Dylan is an extremely courteous host and explained us everything we needed to know about the house etc. Our kids and us felt at home and loved the experience.

Dylan was extremely helpful by giving us information on his home and neighbourhood area, restaurants, public transport. location of house is excellent for getting around Toronto. Plenty of room for my family of 8. A well equipped house for all your needs. Short walk to Danforth Drive.

The house is very good connected in a very familiar neighborhood. Dylan was really kind with us providing a lot of helpfull information about both the house and where to buy. It is a family house so you can imagine how they live.

Me and friends stayed at Dylan's apartment for 2 amazing nights. We only have good things to say about everything! The location of the house is excellent, well equipped, with 4 beautiful and large room. It isn't that far to the subway where we can go everywhere in the city, the neighboorhood is safe with markets, stores and places to eat few minute away. Thanks, and we hope go to New York again soon!

We're a family of four: husband, wife, 2 girls (11 and 6 years old). We fit right into this kid-filled, family-friendly, relaxed neighborhood. The vibe here is easy-going and educated, liberal and local. Like us, this 'hood is about walking to the shop to get some fresh groceries, buying too many books, drinking too much coffee. It's about buying local. It's a pretty affluent place, but no one flaunts it. We're originally from California, but in many ways feel more at home here in Canada.
